These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website themastersgroup.ie and services provided by RoofMasters, DirtMasters, PaintMasters, and PavingMasters.
1. Services
We provide professional home and exterior services including roofing, power washing, exterior painting, paving, driveways, and landscaping.
2. Quotations
All quotations are free and valid for 30 days. Prices may vary depending on job complexity, materials, and site conditions.
3. Payments
- Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept bank transfers, debit/credit card payments, and other secure methods.
4. Cancellations
- Customers may cancel a booking with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
5. Liability
- We take every precaution to deliver services safely and professionally.
- We are not liable for delays caused by weather conditions or circumstances outside our control.
- Customers must ensure access to the property and notify us of any hazards.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Irish courts.
