At The Masters Group, we aim to provide high-quality services. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for our roofing, cleaning, painting, and paving services.
Customers may cancel services with 24 hours' notice without charge.
If less than 24 hours' notice is given, a call-out fee may apply.
If services have not started, full refunds will be issued.
If a project is partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on work done and materials used.
Completed jobs are non-refundable but covered by service warranties where applicable.
